Does my work fit?

Yes: physical pieces you made by hand. Sculpture, assemblage, oddities, wearables, relics. If it's unusual and you made it, we'd like to see it.

No: AI-generated art or designs, print-on-demand, mass-produced goods, reproductions, or store-bought items with small changes.

Every piece is approved online before it goes live, so there's nothing to send us. Not sure? Join and add a piece, and we’ll let you know.

Strange things made by curious people

What we're looking for

Physical pieces made by hand, by you or by people in your studio.
Things that are strange, unsettling, curious or just quietly beautiful. Sculpture, assemblage, oddities, wearable pieces, relics. If it's unusual and you made it, we'd like to see it.
We focus on one-of-a-kind work. Limited quantities may be accepted when each piece is individually handmade by the artist, even if the finished items are nearly identical. Mass-produced items and reproductions are not permitted.

What we don't accept

AI-generated artwork or designs, including designs printed onto products or used to produce physical objects. This restriction applies to the work listed on Paranotica and the artwork or design behind it. It does not govern artists’ use of AI for business tasks or marketing.
Digital downloads, printables, or reproductions of existing artwork. Original handmade prints are welcome, but copies produced from an existing work for repeated sale are not.
Print-on-demand, dropshipped, factory-made or mass-produced goods.
Store-bought items with small changes. Painting or decorating something you didn't make isn't enough.
Ordinary printed clothing. Handmade, reconstructed or sculptural clothing is fine.
Human remains or body parts. Human hair and teeth are the exception: they're welcome when legally and ethically sourced, and the description says where they came from.
Work that promotes hate: Nazi, KKK or white supremacist imagery, or anything that promotes racism or hatred of people. Dark, disturbing, provocative or anti-religious work is welcome.

Using bought or printed parts

You can use manufactured parts or small 3D-printed parts inside a bigger piece, as long as most of what makes the piece is your own handwork. A bought or printed item can't be the main piece, and items that are entirely 3D-printed can't be sold here.

Every piece needs our approval before it goes live. We review your photos and details online, so there's nothing to send us, and we may turn down work we're unsure about. If you can't tell whether your work fits, sign up anyway and tell us about it.
